After months of campaigning, pulling wires, writing letters, sending e-mails, and making telephone calls, we've managed to score a victory in the US House of Representatives - yesterday they passed a bill that would make it illegal to discriminate against gays, lesbians, and bisexuals in the workplace. We've been working towards this for close to three decades now, and quite frankly it's about time.
